It’s not a whole truth nor a lie,
Love fades away o my dear, you can’t deny,
With time, you met new people,
It transfers when you mingle,
Thou, the intensity of love may defer,
But again, it depends on what a person prefers,
Changing priorities takes no time as, the wise say,
Loving someone sheds away over time,
Being called materialistic is not a shame,
Wearing rainbow shirts are not so lame,
In this pandemic, we have changed a lot,
Forget about the people as they hold no slot,
with time we learn who is closer and who choose to go far,
with all the right reasons we stick to those who own our hearts.
